Let’s talk about your businessNo. Start with what you have: your services, location, photographs and the things customers ask you. I’ll help turn your supplied information into clear copy. We agree any missing content and who supplies it before building. You must have permission to use supplied photographs or logos.
Yes. The brief, content collection, preview reviews and feedback can all happen by email. A discovery call is not required. I’ll confirm availability and milestones after we have worked through what your project needs.
Yes. You’ll receive a private preview and have an agreed opportunity to give consolidated feedback before launch. We set out the pages, design direction and review process at the start, so you know what to expect.
Your supplied materials remain yours. Handover of the agreed bespoke design, copy and source is included in the project agreement. Hosting accounts, platform access and domain control are agreed before work starts. Third-party software, fonts and stock assets keep their own licences.
Usually, yes. I’ll check who owns it, where it is registered and what access is available. Keep your domain registered in your own name where possible. Changes to an existing setup are agreed with you first.
Yes. We can agree a suitable hosting arrangement, its account owner and any ongoing care your website needs. Domain renewals, business email and third-party services are considered as part of that conversation. The chosen setup determines the features and support available.
I can put the basic technical foundations in place, including sensible page titles, descriptions, heading structure, readable links and image descriptions. Ongoing SEO is a separate consideration. No rankings, traffic or enquiry results are guaranteed.
Tell me what has happened and what access you have. I’ll assess the website, provider, domain, content and outstanding issues before recommending an approach. Useful existing work may be retained. Please don’t send passwords through the enquiry form.
