Privacy information
Your details are used to handle your enquiry or privacy request. Here is how this website looks after them.
Who handles your information
John Kuczer, operating Foundry83 Web Design, is responsible for the information submitted through this website. Contact John using the privacy contact form below, or reply to an existing email conversation with him.
What the forms collect
The website enquiry form collects your name, email address, business name, optional website address, project type and description. The privacy contact form asks only for your name, email address and request. Both store a reference and submission time. Please do not submit passwords, financial information or sensitive personal information.
Why it is used
Website enquiries help John understand your requirements, respond, prepare a scope or quote and keep a record of the conversation. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and the legitimate interests of handling business enquiries and protecting the forms from abuse. Privacy requests are used to answer your questions and meet applicable data protection obligations. Your information is not sold or added to marketing lists.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 through the ChatGPT Sites hosting service. OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure provide the website and its storage. Records are restricted to the authenticated owner account. The public website does not provide access to the inbox. No automated notification or confirmation email is sent. A saved confirmation means the request is stored for John to review.
Spam protection and necessary service data
The forms use a hidden spam field, a short-lived one-use token and rate limits. Hashes of connection information limit abuse; the forms do not retain raw IP addresses. Short-lived security records are cleared when the service is next used. Hosting providers may separately process technical request information under their service terms. Platform sign-in is required for the owner inbox.
How long information is kept
The retention period for enquiries and requests is 12 months, unless removed earlier. Expired records are cleared when the enquiry service or owner inbox is next used, so deletion depends on that next check. If you become a client, any separate contract or financial record requirements will be explained as part of the engagement. Spam protection records expire within 24 hours and are cleared on subsequent service use.
Your choices
You can ask John for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and data portability where applicable. Use the privacy contact form or an existing email conversation. John may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing a record. You do not have to submit a form, but its required fields are needed to answer you. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including the handling of enquiry records and abuse prevention. Contact John using the form below or an existing email conversation.
Tracking
No optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies have been added to this website. Fonts and images are served with the site, without third-party embeds. The Packer’s portfolio link opens that business’s separate website, which has its own privacy information.
Contact John about your information
